3rd Orientation- and Matching Day – September 21 & 22, 2006 in Bratislava
Educational Content

Throughout the 3rd event we will focus on the improvement of educational content by increasing and spreading knowledge on the enhancement of digital content in well justified, specified contexts. This meeting will show the possibilities and benefits of implementing the practice of enriching digital educational content with distinct metadata, through the application of appropriate tools, with a view to make quality content-based services possible.
An additional objective will be the strengthening of co-operations between educational content stakeholders & the business.
These Orientation and Matching-Days will concentrate on four topics:
- The Focus Topic: What are current developments in the educational content sector? Which established models are in use? Where are potentials and challenges?
- The European Programme eContentplus: What are the emphases? What will be funded? What are the experiences and next steps?
- The Central European Markets: What are the characteristics of the four markets? How is the enhancement of digital content organised ? Who are the key players?
- Matching-Support: Do you want to get to know the latest market or R&D projects? The initiative will offer you support finding partners in Central Europe.
Due to the benefit of the ministries the event will be free of charge.
